Day of Rest

We'll it was another beautiful day and since the church was just down the street from Kate's we decided to walk. Lo and behold there on the side laying in the tall grass was Max's underwear, we all had a good laugh and we placed it a little deeper in the grass so that on the way home we could pick it up.
There church had sacrament meeting last so the kids all went to there classes first. Their cousins introduced them to the candy man before sacrament meeting and got a few salt water taffy's to tie them over.
After church we had a big dinner that Mike had prepared in the crock pot and we all ate till we were full. We called Great Grandma Coleman and drove to Cardston to visit. She was in good spirits and doing well. She was excited to see the kids and gets cuddles and even more pleased that we had a recent picture of our whole family to put on her family tree.


On the way back to Kate's we saw where Grandma Elaine's new house is being built and stopped by to chat with the Sala & McKay clans. Kate had a delicious slow cooker fudge cake recipe that she had prepared that we all enjoyed before putting the kids to bed early. Lily and Ruby went to sleep in the RV but didn't actual get to sleep til close to midnight!
The older kids and adults played a few games...in the middle of this Max went to get a glass of water. He turned to us and said " I can't take this water anymore!" which gave us all a good chuckle.
