Ontario - Still going...

Saturday, July 26, 2008
Still humid and overcast. Jack is still feverish. I spent the night waking up with him, so I know my patience is going to be thin. I don't think anyone slept very well because the whole morning of driving is a blur, we were all dozing on and off. We stopped in around lunch time at Parry Sound to see if we could try some local fish & chips, it was going to be expensive so we asked about the local fish and found out that it was actually flown in from Europe. We skipped it and are going to wait till we are closer to the Atlantic.

We arrived in Toronto at 5:30!! We found Daniel's apartment and managed to park down the side. We took the subway and ate at Mr. Greek. We checked out a comedy festival happening at Dundas square which was all lit up with lights and then headed home, it was close to midnight. It's not too hot but still quite warm. We discovered that Max is very allergic to cats, he was itchy and had hives and his eyes and throat were closing in. The girls were excited to sleep at Uncle Daniel's but freaked out a little when one of his cats threw up a hair ball.
The best part of being in Toronto is just walking down the street and seeing all the different cultures, shops and people walking down the street. There are a lot of people in Toronto.
